Do you have the Languages module? Then you don't have the Dictionary module. The Languages module is an extended version of this Dictionary module. More information about the Languages module can be found here.

The Dictionary module is used for all terms that do not specifically belong to a page. For example, think of the text 'Search' on a search engine. Such terms can be found in the Dictionary for if you would like to modify them.

Cannot find a text in the Dictionary? Then report it to our support department so that the term can be added.
